These terms of use are valid between Branches Travel VIP Transfer & Tur ("Company") and the visitor or customer ("User") who uses our website ("branchestourismtravel.com"). By accessing the website or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Scope of Service

Our company offers services such as VIP vehicle allocation, airport transfers, daily/hourly chauffeured car rental, private and package tour organizations. All prices on our website are for informational purposes only and may be changed without prior notice due to operational obligations or instant exchange rate/cost changes. The final reservation becomes valid when confirmed by our company.

3. Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

• Reservations must be made through the system or through our communication channels at least 12 hours before the transfer time. For urgent transfer requests, please call our call center.
• Transfer cancellations must be notified to our Company at least 24 hours before the planned start time. For cancellations made within the last 24 hours or if the vehicle is sent to the address but the customer does not show up (No-Show), the fee may not be refunded or a penalty may be imposed.
• Our company reserves the right to cancel the reservation or divert a different type of vehicle in case of force majeure (weather conditions, natural disaster, traffic accident, etc.).

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content (texts, graphics, logos, images and software) on the site belongs to Branches Travel VIP Transfer & Tur and is under legal protection. It cannot be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes in any way without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free. The Company cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the user's equipment or data while using the site.
