Distance Selling Agreement

ARTICLE 1: PARTIES

1.2. BUYER: Real or legal person who orders or makes reservations for services or products via branchestourismtravel.com.

ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the performance and sale of the service that the BUYER ordered/reserved electronically through the SELLER's branchestourismtravel.com website.

ARTICLE 3: CONTRACT SUBJECT SERVICE INFORMATION AND FEE

Prices presented to the BUYER electronically, depending on the route, date, time and vehicle type selected through the reservation system, constitute the contract price. All fees, including taxes, are as shown at confirmation and payment. Extra requested waits, off-route stops or extra kilometers are subject to additional charges.

ARTICLE 4: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If less than 24 hours remain until the start time of the service (transfer, tour, etc.), the BUYER has no right of withdrawal. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, the paid price will be refunded to the BUYER without any deductions (excluding commissions of banks and financial institutions), unless otherwise stated.

ARTICLE 5: GENERAL PROVISIONS

• The BUYER has confirmed electronically that he has read the preliminary information about the basic characteristics of the service subject to the contract, the price including taxes and the payment method.
• The SELLER cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur during the performance of the service due to force majeure such as road conditions, traffic or weather conditions. However, it is committed to providing the best possible alternative solution.
• In any dispute arising from the contract, T.R. The laws are valid and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
